All content on Digital Technical Services LLC, created by Digital Technical Services LLC, is our exclusive property. Any materials, logos, or brand assets provided by the client for use in service delivery remain the client's property. The client grants Digital Technical Services LLC a license to use such materials strictly for the purpose of fulfilling the agreed digital technical services.
Payment for digital technical services will be conducted as specified in the individual service agreement or agency contract. Invoices for monthly retainers or project-based work are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in the suspension of active service work or incur additional fees.
Either party may terminate the digital technical service agreement with written notice, subject to the timelines and cancellation policies outlined in the specific contract. We may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately for any breach of these Terms. Provisions regarding liability, intellectual property, and outstanding payment obligations shall survive termination.
Our Services are provided "AS IS." Digital Technical Services LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that our digital tools, software environments, or reporting resources will be completely error-free or that access will be continuous.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the specified jurisdiction in the service agreement, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes on Digital Technical Services LLC. Your continued use of our digital technical services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
